Starring Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne, Zac Efron, Dave Franco, Carla Gallo
Directed by Nicholas Stoller
2014 / 97 Minutes / Universal Pictures

For me, Seth Rogan movies can be a hit and a miss… Neighbors is more of a hit, but there was something about it that was keeping me from fully enjoying it. There are many great laugh out loud moments, but it’s definitely a one note story that could have pushed itself even further. I think the cast is great, Rogan and Efron are hilarious together, but it’s Rose Byrne that steals many of her scenes (Efron’s chest also steals many scenes, oooofff!).

It’s a lot of fun, but many of the best scenes are in the trailer so you’re not really getting all that much new. Overall a good comedy that is enjoyable and fun, unlike anything Adam Sandler has or will make.
